hi there, i have the following problem:
browser title shows perfectly for my HOME page but on none of the other pages.
on HOME it shows "Blog name - Slogan" (from general settings)...on all other pages it shows only the page title...without blog name and slogan.
i usually thought the format for the browser title for all pages would be "Blog name - Slogan ยป Page title".
that's how i would like to have it. is there a way to do that?
the worst is: my Works page (that even has a different page title) has the browser titel: Works.
please help.

okay...i got your point :) it works now as i wish with titles except for the Works page. how can i change the title "Works" to my page title "Bilder"?

I have Yoast's SEO plugin installed. It lets you edit the title of every page. It works perfectly with this theme.

i would like to stay with wpSEO. i bought it and i'm happy with the performance. but i can't find a way to change the browser title for "Works"...or basically i think the theme should automatically use the page title and not "Works" in browser title.

The Works Index Page is a special one, thus the problem. I'll check it - maybe it's just a matter of translating "Works" (label for the custom post type btp_work)

Yes :) i just found the solution...even though it's complicated...
had to install the plugin "CodestylingLocalization"...then you edit the language file for the flare theme...
on the 5th page (in my case)...was the string "Works"...i translated that to my desired page title...done deal :)Posted 1 year ago # -
